Open Company Philosophy Open Co is a company in which everything realted to the company is open. There are no secrets for the company. It includes clients, finance, ops, filings etc. Bytsolv is following a semi-open culture: The final decision comes from the board. But the board should listen to every person before coming to a decision, everyone contributes in the decision making process. Every team member should substantiate their suggestions with enough facts. from the suggestions from the team there will be a voting among the board members. The board takes the final decision and the CEO executes it. 1. a
- Open Finance
- The p&l, journal entries and the balance sheet will be available to view for every team member.
- Open operations
- the ops tasks and discussion are done on a issue only repo on glitlab link. Any team member can join the conversation and give suggestions with enough facts to substantiate the point.
- everyone knows everything
- the list of customers, projects, ops and marketing activities, everything will be an open book. every team member has the right to perform a constructive criticism and also give suggestions.

Slow (is fast 🙌🏼)
- Bytsolv follows slow, steady and stable processes. We take each step very carefully to minimise the mistakes. Mistakes are expensive and we don’t have much reserve to make many mistakes. And being able to make mistakes is also nice, that needs fuel. We will find natural fuel and use that.

Funding
- We usually don’t buy fuel by selling the car. Instead we try to create fuel and drive longer, and also make the car comfortable as it goes.
- If the car will no longer move, then we take the risk of selling the alloys and buy some fuel. this should not repeat.

Burn
- Since our fuel is created by us, and the reserve tank is limited, we make sure that we run in fuel efficiency.

- That’s why we filter customers, projects and collaborations. Peace can’t be bought, it’s a decision.

- We value physical and mental health of the humans of Bytsolv. We value our people and we stay with them. Being healthy is absolutely a priority.

Budgeting and Reserve
- The yearly budgeting and reserve is a full team activity. We discuss and figure out our goal for the year. We create a yearly goal and split that into weekly goals and focus on the weekly goal.
