- Every team member is eligible for an appraisal if the member completes the set of milestones set for each quarter.

ESOP
- 10% of Bytolvβs shares will always be set aside for the team. if Bytsolv makes more, the team gets to take a cut.
- the distribution is 20% based on the number of years worked at Bytsolv, and 80% the value you contributed to the business.

leaves
- There is a structure to it.
- Sick leaves: It happens unexpectedly, so you take it unexpectedly. If you smell a fever in the evening, inform the possibility of a leave.
- General Leaves:

- Inform at least a day before: you take one leave
- inform at least 2 days before: you take 2 leaves together
- inform at least a week before before: you take 3 leaves together
- inform a month before: you can take a 5 days break every year. (yearly-break) Breath some air.
- 20 general leaves + 5 yearly-break leave , all paid leaves. if you need more than the limit yearly limit, you may discuss it with ejas.

- Calculate the impacts of the leave and inform the team on any leaves. Make sure that the high priority activities are not delayed, find a way, we are a team!
- Donβt run together: If everyone is taking leaves at the same time, the impact is huge. The business should be there when you come after the leave. Be responsible.
- carry-forwards: general leaves of a year will be carry forwarded to the very next year only.
