  1. There will be limitations in what we can explore at Bytsolv for sure. So if you find an opportunity that’s best for your career and future, the decision is all your’s and we respect that. Retiring at bytsolv shouldn't be a goal.
  2. be open with your plans as early as possible, so that the transition can be handled with least impact for both of us
  3. Mail your interest to resign, no fixed notice period. A mutually agreed period to have a smooth transition
  4. signed resignation: the resigning person should write, sign, and submit the resignation letter
  5. We walk you off and wave.
  6. As the team has the freedom to join, they have the freedom to leave. We ask for reason but we don't judge. It’s your choice. It’s hard to leave anyone leaving, but you choose your 9-5, not us.

    1. Bytsolv will provide a relieving letter to the resigning person
  9. legal filing
    1. If the person is involved in the private limited entity, as a director or shareholder, legal filing to remove them shall be done within 30 days of resignation
