  2. The Process?

    1. At Bytsolv, we're all about building something amazing together. Sometimes, we hire based on the job needs, other times it's just because someone's vibe fits right in. Exciting times ahead!
    2. Joining the team? Get ready for the interview trio: team chat, technical quiz, and the big boss meet-up. It's all about making sure we're a match made in workplace heaven.
    3. Interviews here aren't just quick chats. We dive deep, sometimes for over an hour, to get to know each other. Whether it's face-to-face or virtual, we're all ears.
    4. Fancy a coffee? We do too! It's not just about the caffeine; it's about spending time together, and getting to know each other beyond resumes and work samples.
    5. We're big on consensus. Before we green-light someone joining the crew, we aim for an 80%+ thumbs-up from the team. We're all in this together!
    6. We're not a family, we're a team of professionals on a mission to create amazing things and make a decent living for a better future. But don't worry, we're still tight-knit and ready to conquer any challenge that comes our way.
  3. when to expand the team?

    1. only when we are strong enough to keep our financial commitments to the people.
    2. only when we have clarity on the road ahead
  4. don't rush hiring

    1. Bytsolv will only hire in a slow process
    2. Not in a hurry in hiring, even if we are really in a hurry.
  5. Internship, Training

    1. Inviting people for internship or training has the same process as onboarding. We don’t accept people without a real reason.
    2. We don’t entertain β€œfor the sake” internships and unpaid internships.
