There can be multiple types of reviews:
- personal, philosophical, performance, cultural - The team should often sit together to have a people retrospective where we donβt discuss business but we will review ourselves to become better human beings at Bytsolv
- Performance reviews - There will be periodical performance reviews for each team members, more on this TBD.
- Every month, someone from the team will lead a bi-monthly retrospective. The leading person will present an agenda, and lead the meeting. We will discuss what went right and wrong from the last meeting. The leading person notes down the suggestions and decisions and followups the same until the next meeting and pass on the responsibility to the next person. Every team member should participate in the leading position.
- Every quarter, there will be a milestone fixer where the team fixes a milestone for themselves under the leadership of the directors. These milestones are the key factors in milestone-based-appraisal
